Barrie established The Smile Centre UK in 1989 to provide skillful, personalised partial and complete denture production service to clients within the Greater Manchester community. Due to ever-growing popularity and word-of-mouth testimonials, denture clients now travel from all over the UK to take advantage of the initial free consultations, advice and recommendations.
Barrie Semp DD MCDP Dip Cdt RCS (Eng), Clinical Dental Technician (denturist), has over 25 years of practical experience in the field of dentistry. Having commenced his studies in dental technology in 1983, Barrie qualified as a Dental Technician in 1989. He went on to further his studies in Canada and achieved qualification as a Clinical Dental Technician in 2000.
Barrie has completed a four year training program and has many hours of intense training in the following fields - oral pathology, microbiology and infection control, orofacial anatomy, periodontology, radiographic recognition, prosthodontics theory and clinical practice. He also has obtained a UK recognised Diploma in Clinical Dental Techniology with the Royal College of Surgeons (Eng)
