Botox-The smart solution for smartphone lines

By TheSmileCentre @ Feb 22, 2012 in cosmetic surgery

Blackberry, iPhone and many other smartphone female users are now noticing the effect that staring at their smartphone all day is having on their skin. Many cosmetic surgeons are saying they have seen an increasing number of young ladies coming in for treatment on lines and wrinkles caused by the overuse of smartphone technology.
Hours spent staring at a tiny screen causes the face to scrunch up without you realising it. When reading on a small screen most people naturally squint which cause the area between the brows to tighten and develop small frown lines.

So what can be done to prevent smartphone lines and wrinkles?
Adjust the light on your phone-Too much light or light will cause your eyes to narrow in order to take in the brightness. In the settings feature of your phone you will be able to adjust the brightness.
Enlarge the text size-If you have to hold the phone close in order to read the screen text properly change the size of the text. This can be done through the settings feature of your phone. When people struggle to read text on a phone they will wrinkle their nose and narrow their eyes when trying to read, both a sure fire way to get smartphone lines on the skin. The other thing to use is the zoom function which can focus in on images on your phone. This allows you to see more clearly and avoid pulling the inner eye.
Use your phone less-Easier said than done I know but you should give your eyes a rest from your phone as this will reduce eye strain and relax the facial muscles too.

But what's the solution if the damage has been done?
Botox is one of the most popular non-surgical cosmetic treatments used to combat fine lines and wrinkles. Producing quick noticeable results that can last a few months Botox injections are simple and minimally invasive.
