This case was very straight forward, though Mrs Y couldn't believe how simple the job was. Alarmingly, in an effort to straighten her teeth, she had been advised to have all the front teeth removed and wear a partial denture. We discussed at length the possibility of wearing a brace (you are never too old) but this patient elected to have 4 teeth crowned with all ceramic restorations.
