This client was embarrassed to smile because of the effect that her incorrectly set dentures had on her lips and her face, at large. The teeth have been set too far back in the mouth and have been made too small, leaving this client with a narrow arch of the upper lip and lips that generally look thin and sunken in. When she smiled her chin would protrude and she had large gaps at the corners of her lips.

The patients correct bite was registered using  3D Ultrasonic Navigator software, which enables The Smile Centre UK to register the perfect bite, ensuring comfort and allowing the wearer to eat perfectly and confidently.

Gum colour was also improved to match patients colouring. 

The upper and lower teeth were brought forward to an improved position to bring out the upper and lower lip giving more support and a more youthful appearance. 

Increasing the distance between chin and nose has corrected the sunken "gurning" appearance that this client had with her previous poorly fitting dentures.
